1/3 cup hummus, preferably Earth Sky Time’s Hummus
Zest and juice of 1 lemon
3 Tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning (oregano, basil, marjoram, rosemary, & thyme mixed, or your favorite combination)
2 or 3 cloves of garlic, minced or pressed
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
Salt & pepper to taste.
Place all ingredients in a small bowl, and whisk together.
